Don Kluesmeier

Don is a retired project manager from a large commercial contractor.  He has broad depth of knowledge and skills related to construction processes and laws.

Tim Wilson

​Tim retired with 40+ years in local Central Florida government. He was directly involved in reviewing and approving new construction projects as a Department Director and Project Manager in charge of public transportation, streetscape and public space projects.

Jeff Thompson

Jeff is currently an Engineering Inspector with a major municipality in Central Florida. With over 30 years of experience working with land development, water, sewer and storm systems inspection and maintenance.

Architectural Change Request

All Additions, Alterations or Property Improvements in Majestic Oaks require review and approval of First, an active member of the ACC Committee of the Homeowners Association and Secondly, after ACC acceptance, submission to Board of Directors for final approval.

The process is easy!

Follow the three easy steps below to get started with your improvement project

Step 1 - Submit your request on line

Prepare a sketch or survey with any applicable information. Include paint swatches, brochure drawing, or marketing advertising that may show images at completion of project. Tree removal of any tree over 8” in diameter will require a replacement. The location of the replacement will be by choice of the Owner.
